What you'll do

Configure, install, and maintain distributed computing service operations and hardware.
Image, load, test, and configure various configuration items including PCs and laptops.
Support desktop imaging and the maintenance of configuration item installations.
Monitor ticket queues and facilitate the timely resolution of technical issues.
Manage the acquisition, documentation, inventory, and storage of IT property.
Provide quarterly inventory reports and ensure proper disposition of obsolete assets.
Maintain system documentation and stay current on relevant technologies.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must be a US citizen.
Must have 3+ years of related experience.
Must have DoD 8570 IAT level II certification.
Must have MCSA: Windows 10 or equivalent certification/experience.
Must have experience configuring, managing, and maintaining Windows client operating systems.
Must have knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system architecture and server virtualization.
Must have an Associate's Degree or higher (preferred).
Must have ITIL v4 Foundation certification (preferred).
