System Support Technician Apprentice

What you'll do

• Support client systems under the guidance of experienced engineers and mentors.
• Apply hardware knowledge using modern tools and technologies to resolve technical issues.
• Complete required learning hours and on-the-job training to earn a national apprenticeship credential.
• Progress through a personal skills roadmap by demonstrating new competencies in project teams.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting for server, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Manage operating systems such as Windows and Linux within the production environment.
• Execute technical tasks in an organized manner while maintaining high attention to detail.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• An Associate's Degree or College Diploma is preferred.
• Must have the ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to complete all requirements of the formal apprenticeship program.
• Knowledge or experience in operating systems such as Windows or Linux.
• Knowledge or experience in general networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Knowledge or experience in server or storage management.
• No Visa sponsorship is available.
