The Technology Apprentice Program - Hybrid is a full-time, sixteen-week immersive experience within the software engineering and application development space. Apprentices will participate in comprehensive onboarding, development workshops, and continued education while working alongside experienced developers to build, test, and maintain applications. The role involves solving real-world challenges and deepening technical skills through collaborative initiatives with mentors and cross-functional partners. Candidates should possess proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, Kotlin, Typescript, C#, Python, or Go. Required competencies include familiarity with the software development lifecycle, version control systems like Git, debugging techniques, and web development fundamentals like HTML and CSS. This program focuses on cultivating technical talent to support the diverse technology landscape and software development needs of the healthcare industry.
