What you'll do

  • Perform physical tasks to maintain and organize the test lab environment.
  • Assist with hardware testing using tools such as oscilloscopes and temperature gauges.
  • Provide IT administration support for complex computer systems.
  • Ensure products comply with electromagnetic compatibility, safety, and energy efficiency regulations.
  • Complete required learning hours and on-the-job training to develop technical competencies.
  • Execute soldering and de-soldering tasks as part of hardware maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the hardware compliance laboratory.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate's Degree or College Diploma (preferred).
  • Willingness to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship program.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in an organized, collaborative team environment.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in electrical engineering sciences such as Electrical Safety, Electron Theory, AC/DC Basics, and Computer Electronics.
  • Knowledge or experience with soldering, de-soldering, and electrical testing equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
