Senior System Reliability & Support Specialist, Production Support

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks including installing patches and upgrades while ensuring continuous availability of the production environment.
• Detect, resolve, and escalate incidents while performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system performance and capacity against baseline metrics to identify trends and report findings for stabilization.
• Manage application governance including required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, and responding to audit inquiries.
• Execute business continuity activities and maintain data security records for assigned applications.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of supported systems and transfer that knowledge to junior staff members.

What we're looking for

• A university or college degree is required.
• A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired (preferred).
• Experience in application development, architectural design, and business management is preferred.
• Experience in customer solutions, design, and process improvements is preferred.
• Experience in release management, software solutions, and user experience design is preferred.
• Proficiency in IT incident management, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting is required.
