System Reliability & Support Specialist Senior, Production Support

What you'll do

• Manage production health for specific applications and provide technical support for Consumer Operations.
• Monitor and maintain systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
• Install patches and perform upgrades to ensure continuous availability of the production environment.
• Detect, resolve, and escalate incidents while conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics to report trends.
• Lead application governance, including required attestations, continuity testing, and responding to audit inquiries.
• Maintain data security records and execute business continuity activities.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of supported systems and transfer that knowledge to junior staff.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience in application maintenance, IT incident management, and IT service management (ITSM).
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, software reliability management, and the system development life cycle.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, incident detection, and resolution.
• Experience with application governance, including continuity testing and audit responses.
• Knowledge of application development, architectural design, and release management (preferred).
• Knowledge of UX design, business management, and process improvements (preferred).
