What you'll do

  • Lead the monitoring, maintenance, support, and modernization of systems and software to ensure stability.
  • Perform system maintenance including the installation of patches and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to implement changes and maintain a stable production environment.
  • Detect, resolve, and escalate incidents while performing root cause analysis.
  • Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics to report trends.
  • Educate and coach junior staff on supported systems and applications.
  • Lead application governance including attestations, continuity testing, and responding to audit inquiries.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a university or college degree.
  • Must have 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
  • Must be able to work remotely from the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Must be able to lead monitoring, maintenance, support, and modernization of systems and software.
  • Must perform incident detection, resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Must lead application governance, including attestations, continuity testing, and audit responses.
  • Must possess skills in Genesys CCPulse, Incident Management, and Risk Management (preferred).
  • Must possess skills in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Software Reliability Management (preferred).
