What you'll do

Develop and execute the design, build, and validation of test systems for complex satellite and ground subsystems.
Create end-to-end integration and test plans to validate performance against customer and partner requirements.
Develop test algorithms, scripts, automation routines, and calibration procedures for lab and field evaluations.
Architect and validate hardware and software for mechanical, optical, and electrical support equipment.
Analyze system and software test data to provide proactive feedback on product performance improvements.
Manage the tracking and resolution of test anomalies, defects, and bugs in a high-rate production environment.
Prepare detailed reports documenting test results, coverage, and key performance indicators for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in space vehicle, bus, RF payload, optical payload, or ground terminal integration and test.
5+ years of experience developing space or communication system test requirements, plans, and procedures for design verification and validation.
5+ years of experience developing code in C, C++, Matlab, LabVIEW, Python, Docker, or Rust on Linux platforms.
5+ years of experience building complex test systems including integrating test software.
5+ years of experience using standard electronic lab test equipment such as network analyzers and oscilloscopes.
US Citizen and candidates.
