What you'll do

Develop and execute the design, build, and validation of test systems for complex satellite and ground components.
Create test procedures, scripts, APIs, and automation to verify system-on-chip calibration and hardware performance.
Design end-to-end integration and test plans to validate products against specific customer and partner requirements.
Architect and validate test software and hardware for mechanical, optical, and electrical support equipment.
Analyze system and software test data to provide proactive feedback on product improvements to stakeholders.
Manage the lifecycle of test anomalies by debugging, root-causing, and resolving defects in production environments.
Prepare technical reports documenting test results, coverage, and key performance indicators for management and developers.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain or maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in space vehicle, bus, RF payload, optical payload, or ground terminal integration and test.
8+ years of experience developing space or communication system test requirements, plans, and procedures for verification and validation.
6+ years of experience developing code in C, C++, Matlab, LabVIEW, Python, Docker, or Rust on Linux platforms.
5+ years of experience building complex test systems including integrating test software.
5+ years of experience using standard electronic lab test equipment like network analyzers and oscilloscopes.
Hands-on experience with spacecraft integration, flatsat testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, or mission operations.
