The System Engineering Integration & Test Engineer joins the Battlespace Awareness Command and Control Software team to develop tactical sense- and decision-making software for command and control products. What you'll do

Design, run, and analyze simulation scenarios using real-world data sets to produce actionable performance results.
Create and implement metrics to measure system success and inform engineering decisions and product roadmaps.
Build and configure simulation scenarios to showcase system performance during customer-facing demonstrations.
Characterize the behavior of individual components and emergent behaviors resulting from multi-system interactions.
Develop new data analysis, observability tools, and automated CI/CD infrastructure from scratch.
Troubleshoot and optimize systems by collaborating with algorithm and software engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of software engineering or software systems integration and test experience.
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust code.
Experience with kinematics modeling and simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo methods.
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines, metrics, and test fixtures for software evaluation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
