What you'll do

Design, run, and analyze simulation scenarios using real-world data sets to produce actionable performance results.
Develop Python scripts to parse data, perform statistical analysis, and visualize system performance.
Define and implement metrics to track system success and inform engineering decisions and product roadmaps.
Build custom data analysis and observability tools from scratch to automate systems through CI/CD infrastructure.
Characterize the behavior of individual components and identify emergent behaviors resulting from multi-system interactions.
Configure simulation scenarios to demonstrate system performance during customer-facing demonstrations.
Troubleshoot and optimize software across the system in collaboration with algorithm and software engineers.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of software engineering or software systems integration and test experience.
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust code.
Experience with kinematics modeling and simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo methods.
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines, metrics, and test fixtures for software evaluation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
