What you'll do

Support the design, development, and validation of advanced algorithmic capabilities like tracking and threat forecasting.
Bridge system design, requirements management, modeling and simulation, and verification and validation activities.
Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams to define success in ambiguous environments.
Develop modeling and simulation frameworks to validate performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance using field data.
Perform data-driven analysis to verify that customer requirements are met as the system evolves.
Own systems end-to-end by identifying and solving problems across different technical boundaries.
Scrutinize system performance and layout to ensure deployed solutions meet specific customer requirements.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Demonstrated use of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) with tools like JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, or AFSIM.
Proficiency in Python for data parsing, modeling, simulation, analysis, and visualization.
Skilled in Statistics, AI/ML, Requirements, Testing, and MBSE.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
