What you'll do

Design, run, and analyze simulation scenarios using Python to turn raw data into actionable performance results.
Define and own the metrics strategy to track system success and inform engineering decisions.
Build and configure simulation scenarios for customer-facing demonstrations to showcase system performance.
Diagnose and explain complex system behaviors to inform architectural decisions and technical improvements.
Develop new data analysis, observability tools, and automated CI/CD infrastructure from scratch.
Partner with engineers to troubleshoot systems and mentor team members on integration and testing best practices.

What we're looking for

Must have 8+ years of software engineering or software systems integration and test experience.
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust code.
Experience developing new data analysis and observability tools from the ground up.
Deep exposure to kinematics modeling and simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo methods.
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines, metrics, and test fixtures for software evaluation at scale.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
