What you'll do

Manage the hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development for a team of engineers.
Set technical direction for scenario design and analysis across simulated and real-world data sets.
Define and manage metrics to measure system success and inform product roadmap decisions.
Lead customer engagements by building simulation scenarios and serving as a technical voice for stakeholders.
Drive root-cause analysis of component behaviors and emergent system interactions to shape architecture.
Build and scale internal tools for data analysis, observability, and CI/CD automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and remove engineering blockers.

What we're looking for

Must have 12+ years of experience in software engineering or software systems integration and test.
Must hold a degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Must have at least 1 year of direct people management experience including hiring and performance management.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Requires strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust code.
Experience with kinematics modeling, simulation frameworks (AFSIM), and statistical techniques like Monte Carlo.
