Program Manager, Supply Chain Execution

What you'll do

• Own OTIF performance for production supply, building metrics to hold suppliers accountable.
• Build and run internal supplier quality mechanisms in partnership with Quality leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation for delivery and quality disruptions before they impact production.
• Monitor supplier KPIs through a scorecard system, leading root cause analysis on misses.
• Connect supplier performance to the integrated master schedule to prevent production delays.
• Lead cross-functional decisions when supply, engineering, quality, and production priorities conflict.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain execution, supplier quality, or program management on complex hardware programs.
• Proven track record of managing supplier delivery and quality performance under tight deadlines and rapid scaling.
• Expertise in supplier quality systems including incoming inspection, first-article inspections, corrective actions, and material review boards.
• Ability to develop supplier delivery and quality mechanisms from scratch without established guidelines.
• Comfort with quantitative models for risk forecasting and decision-making in program management.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Experience interfacing with government customers on supply status, quality, and delivery issues preferred.
