What you'll do

Resolve Oracle ERP issues to ensure accurate financial costing for products produced at the manufacturing site.
Manage internal requisitions and sales orders to ensure uninterrupted shipment of production materials to contract manufacturers.
Monitor and execute Lid Lot starts to maintain a consistent flow of manufacturing lots.
Perform quarterly E&O activities, including reporting on excess and obsolete material within the facility.
Review monthly production forecasts for data accuracy and validity.
Maintain internal business systems to support NPI, engineering, and production requirements.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to communicate Wafer Fab KPIs to various stakeholders.
Lead and participate in improvement projects related to manufacturing and business control objectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Industrial Engineering preferred.
8+ years of production planning and/or related experience.
Working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge and practice of MRP principles.
Advanced level of experience in Excel.
Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.
Ability to build reports using tools such as Spotfire, .NET, or Hyperion is preferred.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality management, and business process analysis is preferred.
