Supervisor, Facilities

What you'll do

• Manage the Gas and Chemical Logistics and Inventory Management team to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee the annual operating budget, including purchase orders, invoice approvals, and quarterly spending forecasts.
• Monitor gas and chemical usage, market trends, supplier lead times, and inventory performance.
• Maintain stable supply chains by managing supplier relationships and identifying alternate suppliers to mitigate risk.
• Lead sourcing and contracting for chemicals and services through competitive bid processes and proposal evaluations.
• Develop and execute contingency plans to ensure continuous availability of critical gas and chemical supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance on-site team efficiency, safety, and performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal laboratory customers to resolve inquiries and manage escalations.

What we're looking for

• An AA degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
• Candidates must have six years of industrial experience, including contractor management and coordination.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operations or facilities management is required.
• Experience supporting semiconductor sub-fab/direct support equipment and facilities infrastructure systems is required.
• Experience with industrial water systems such as wastewater treatment or ultra-pure water systems is required.
• Experience with industrial gas systems including natural gas and specialty process gases is required.
