Product Delivery Executive Director

What you'll do

• Direct the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Manage change management frameworks to ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate strategic priorities and roadmaps into actionable delivery plans balancing scope, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee third-party delivery engagements to ensure alignment on integration activities and operational readiness.
• Drive operational readiness across business, technology, and support teams to enable successful product adoption.
• Monitor program financials including resource allocation, budget performance, and vendor expenditures.
• Lead and develop a team of product delivery professionals while providing matrix leadership across multiple workstreams.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness.
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Experience managing program budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of risk management, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements within a highly regulated industry.
• Expertise in consumer deposits, banking products, or third-party integrated financial products (preferred).
