As the Partnerships Delivery Manager - Payments- Vice President, you will join the Omnichannel Payments commercialization team to shape product delivery and optimize customer experiences. You will lead end-to-end processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization while developing a strategic vision for various verticals. Your daily work involves managing discovery efforts, maintaining the product backlog, tracking success metrics like risk posture and reliability, and creating go-to-market materials such as pitch books and sales training. You will execute an Omnichannel Partnership strategy and manage change management activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires expertise in Merchant Acquiring, payment processing, front-end APIs, and basic API knowledge. You will solve complex problems regarding consumer journeys and product roadmap decisioning within the fintech space to deliver high-value solutions for diverse merchant partners.
Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
Develop and maintain a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Conduct market research and discovery efforts to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
Define and track key success metrics such as cost, risk posture, reliability, and functionality.
Create go-to-market materials including sell boxes, pitch books, FAQs, and sales training content.
Design product and sales campaigns that highlight customer needs and execute on key deliverables.
Execute an Omnichannel Partnership strategy aligned with specific product and vertical goals.
Manage change management activities to ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Expertise in Payments across different verticals.
Strong expertise in Merchant Acquiring, payment processing or payment operations, payment applications, and front-end APIs.
Experience creating new partnerships and managing relationships leading to strong business value.
Basic API knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination ability.
Experience in FinTech (preferred).
Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
Developed partnerships with software providers (preferred).
Ran commercial strategies with partners (preferred).
Ran product strategies or owned product roadmap decisioning (preferred).
