Staff Test Engineer, Hardware Security

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of hardware security test engineers in project execution and professional development.
• Create comprehensive test plans for ASIC and SoC products prior to chip tape out.
• Develop scalable ATE test programs using Java and VB for production deployment.
• Analyze test results to improve yield, reduce test time, and ensure product security.
• Drive debug efforts to resolve chip fusing functionality and manufacturing yield issues.
• Develop advanced validation solutions and tools using software systems and applications.
• Design custom digital circuitry to support on-board boot and specific security requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+, or PhD with 2+).
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in ATE and test methodologies.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) languages such as Java or C++.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems.
• Experience with digital circuit design.
• Strong software systems and applications development background.
• Experience with security hardware architecture, design, validation, or testing of silicon solutions (preferred); experience with Advantest 93K (preferred).
