The Sr. Product and Test Engineer joins the Hardware Engineering group to support the development of Cellular, Compute, AI, and Modem Technologies. Candidates should possess skills in C/C++, Perl, and JMP, alongside knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits like ADC, DAC, and PLL.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering experience.
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field (preferred).
Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques, and structural tests (preferred).
Experience with silicon bring-up, high-volume manufacturing, and testing Advanced package technologies (preferred).
Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, and JMP (preferred).
Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics, and mixed-signal circuits (preferred).
