What you'll do

Lead technical execution for integrated Sentry Fixed Site systems across various mission variants.
Drive programs from concept through system integration, validation, qualification, and deployment.
Coordinate subsystem integration of sensors, PTUs, compute, communications, power, autonomy, and software.
Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs across multiple engineering teams.
Partner with Sentry Platform TPMs to align shared subsystem roadmaps with integrated system milestones.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience leading complex hardware or hardware/software development programs.
Proven track record delivering integrated systems from concept to production and deployment.
Strong understanding of systems integration, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across various technical domains.
Ability to manage technical risks and dependencies in complex program environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
Secret security clearance mandatory.
