As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Sentry Fixed Site Systems, you will join the Sentry Fixed Site Systems team to lead the development and delivery of integrated autonomous security systems for defense, border security, air defense, maritime, and critical infrastructure missions. You will own technical planning and cross-functional execution, driving programs from concept through system integration, validation, qualification, and production readiness. You will manage schedules, risks, and technical tradeoffs while ensuring the maturity of deployable products. Key competencies include overseeing electromechanical systems, sensor systems, robotics, and aerospace technologies to solve complex mission-specific requirements for various defense variants.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for integrated Sentry Fixed Site systems across ground, maritime, and air defense variants.
  • Drive programs from initial concept through system integration, validation, qualification, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate the integration of subsystems including sensing, compute, communications, power, autonomy, and mission software.
  • Align shared subsystem roadmaps with integrated system milestones in partnership with platform teams.
  • Manage schedules, technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional planning for design reviews, build readiness, test events, and deployment activities.
  • Promote the reuse of common platform technologies while supporting specific customer mission requirements.
  • Communicate program health, risk assessments, and key technical decisions to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 5–8+ years of experience leading complex hardware or hardware/software development programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering integrated systems from concept through production, deployment, or field operations.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, hardware development, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, test, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage technical risk, dependencies, and execution across complex programs.
  • Preferred experience with autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense, sensor systems, or industrial hardware.
