What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for integrated Sentry Fixed Site systems across ground, maritime, and air defense variants.
  • Drive programs from initial concept through system integration, validation, qualification, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate the integration of subsystems including sensing, compute, communications, power, autonomy, and mission software.
  • Align shared subsystem roadmaps with integrated system milestones in partnership with platform teams.
  • Manage schedules, technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional planning for design reviews, build readiness, test events, and deployment activities.
  • Promote the reuse of common platform technologies while supporting specific customer mission requirements.
  • Communicate program health, risk assessments, and key technical decisions to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 5–8+ years of experience leading complex hardware or hardware/software development programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering integrated systems from concept through production, deployment, or field operations.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, hardware development, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, test, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage technical risk, dependencies, and execution across complex programs.
  • Preferred experience with autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense, sensor systems, or industrial hardware.
