The Staff Systems Analyst joins the Global Design and R&D IT team to deliver digital solutions for vehicle design, engineering, and research. This strategic role involves partnering with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technology roadmaps while managing the full solution lifecycle from planning through implementation. The analyst will lead discovery sessions, identify process improvements, and manage integrations across various platforms. Key technical competencies include experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. The role requires proficiency in modern application stacks including Angular, React, and Python-based applications, alongside tools such as Docker, K8s, Databricks, Kafka, Quarkus, and PostgreSQL. Candidates must navigate complex data flows and systems to support innovation in visualization, digital development, and R&D initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and digital solutions to enhance design, engineering, and R&D processes.
Manage the full solution lifecycle including planning, design, testing, implementation, and change management.
Drive process improvement initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and modernization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to deliver technical solutions.
Support Agile product delivery practices including backlog management, sprint planning, and release activities.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product delivery, digital transformation, software development, or related technology disciplines.
Experience designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and integrating custom/internal applications beyond COTS/SaaS solutions.
Familiarity with modern application stacks including Angular, React, Python, Docker, K8s, Databricks, Kafka, Quarkus, PostgresSQL, and FastAPI.
Experience gathering business requirements, performing process analysis, and managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
Proven ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and influence without direct authority.
Experience in automotive design, AI/ML, Jira, or with PLM and CAD/CAM platforms (preferred).
