What you'll do

  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements while proposing practical solutions.
  • Support testing activities including requirement validation, test case review, and issue triage.
  • Manage implementation planning, user acceptance testing, and production readiness tasks.
  • Provide ongoing analysis for system enhancements, defects, and change requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, process flows, and system artifacts.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience performing systems or business analysis in a technology delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
  • Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives (preferred).
