What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Experience in designing and developing highly scalable, distributed systems and modern platform designs.
Hands-on experience building and scaling GenAI-driven capabilities and integrating AI agents into production systems.
Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Experience with cloud-native architecture principles including microservices, containers, and automation.
Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions across multiple services.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
