What we're looking for

Must have 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Must have deep expertise in system architecture, distributed computing, and modern platform design.
Must have hands-on experience building and scaling GenAI-driven capabilities and integrating them into production systems.
Must be able to lead architecture and design for scalable distributed systems across multiple services.
Must be able to drive complex, cross-team initiatives and manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and platform teams.
Must be able to mentor engineers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
Must be able to build AI-driven applications using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area and 2 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
