What you'll do

Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks like CI/CD, SDKs, and model runtimes.

Drive the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, observability, and maintenance.
Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using languages like Python, Java, and Rust.
Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Convert complex user problems from stakeholders into actionable technical requirements and well-scoped work units.
Mentor engineers and junior leaders to foster technical growth, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
Define and track success metrics using data-driven engineering practices to optimize development processes.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Experience building AI-driven applications and intelligent automation features using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Experience integrating AI agents and ML components that support multi-step reasoning and automation using platforms like GitHub Copilot.
Experience applying cloud-native architecture principles including microservices, containers, and automation.
Experience driving the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, observability, and monitoring.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
