What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years of backend software engineering experience with a track record of leading and shipping high-impact projects.
Experience operating as a technical leader for large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams.
Strong Python development skills to write idiomatic, well-structured, and maintainable code in large codebases.
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale with expertise in caching, async processing, and data storage.
Experience building LLM-powered or ML-backed products in production including model integration and orchestration strategies.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workflow speed while ensuring the accuracy of AI-assisted work.
High integrity and ownership regarding data protection and accountability for final deliverables.
