What we're looking for

Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable systems.
Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver modular solutions.
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.
Ability to conduct system design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions for long-term sustainability.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
