What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Show strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.
Ability to conduct system design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Skilled in data-driven decision making to define success metrics and optimize engineering processes.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility (preferred).
