Staff, Software Engineer
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Marketplace Traffic Exposure team, you will lead the design and maintenance of advanced frameworks to enhance Marketplace capabilities for sellers and channel partners. You will build high-performing applications that drive customer traffic to offers through paid and organic channels. Your daily responsibilities include coding, debugging, optimizing, and monitoring application health while providing technical mentorship to junior engineers. You will collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless integrations and scalable, secure solutions. What we're looking for

Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
10+ years of experience building complex architectures, distributed systems, and microservices.
Expert-level knowledge of Java technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed caching, Kafka, and container technologies.
Experience building secure REST services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Kubernetes, and Maven.
Hands-on experience with Big Query and Cloud Bigtable (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
