What you'll do

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience with Python or an equivalent high-level programming language.
Advanced skills with RDBMS, NoSQL data stores, caching solutions, and messaging/queuing protocols.
Experience with distributed services, backend systems, and building services on public cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Competency in comparing multiple implementation choices, including nonfunctional characteristics.
Understanding of runtime environment concepts such as Linux OS, JVM, and Python runtime.
Experience working with fault-tolerant and scalable distributed services and systems.
