What we're looking for

Ability to lead technical projects, mentor teams, and define engineering roadmaps is required.
Experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies to software development (preferred).
Proven background in high-performance system design and optimization (preferred).
Familiarity with the payments industry, financial systems, or relevant regulatory environments (preferred).
