What you'll do

  • Own the performance, reliability, and availability of local IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Implement a roadmap to drive digital improvements across the IT infrastructure and application landscape.
  • Participate in lean and process improvement initiatives to enable business transformation using digital tools.
  • Proactively monitor network performance across WAN, LAN, and WLAN systems and escalate issues.
  • Work on machine instrumentation initiatives to enhance business operations.
  • Initiate technology obsolescence and improvement projects to modernize site systems.
  • Build relationships with central product teams to resolve networking and application issues quickly.
  • Identify and assess new technologies that add value and capability to the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Associates degree with at least 7 years of professional experience.
  • High School Diploma with at least 9 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% as needed to support other sites.
  • Broad knowledge of IT disciplines including compute, network, and storage platforms (preferred).
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
