What you'll do

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and virtual environments.
Lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications.
Conduct cybersecurity activities including continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and compliance inspections.
Manage configuration control, security patch management, and system health monitoring.
Perform hardware and software upgrades and manage COMSEC accounts.
Provide Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting reports for enterprise users.
Execute configuration management, document control, and database management tasks.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as a system administrator, network technician, or cybersecurity technician.
Experience supporting system security and authorization processes.
Knowledge of providing support and problem resolution for IT systems, servers, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
HS diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree (preferred); Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (preferred).
