Staff Product Manager, Platform Operations

What you'll do

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and priorities for the fraud and account operations platform.
• Own the multi-year product roadmap for case management and investigation tooling to prevent complex fraud.
• Drive AI-based automation for fraud alert resolution and manage associated leadership metrics.
• Reduce customer friction and ticket volume by improving messaging, self-serve flows, and policy clarity.
• Architect foundational services, policies, and system controls to ensure platform security and trust.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like engineering, data science, and legal to ship high-impact tools.
• Translate complex, ambiguous problems into executable strategies that align with business goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience building internal tools and fraud/risk operations platforms at scale.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-based automation and using product analytics to guide decisions.
• Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous problems into clear, executable strategies aligned with business goals.
• Technical depth in case management systems, workflow automation platforms, or risk decisioning engines.
• Proven track record of driving complex initiatives from conception to completion.
