Manager, Platform Product Management

What you'll do

• Shape the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the e-commerce platform to align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Establish and manage technical product roadmaps while managing cross-team interdependencies.
• Lead a team to drive product discovery, requirements gathering, and the delivery of new capabilities.
• Translate broad platform visions into sequenced, dependency-aware roadmaps that anticipate future technical needs.
• Identify and remove technical, business, and organizational roadblocks to maintain team velocity.
• Communicate product ideas, strategic plans, and program status to internal partners and leadership.
• Hire and develop a high-performing team focused on skill growth and a positive culture.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
• Proven track record of shipping internet-scale services end to end, especially e-commerce platforms, from concept through launch.
• Deep technical fluency in web technologies, large-scale distributed/service architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Working understanding of microservices, payment and checkout systems, catalog/inventory services, and platform scalability.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years managing a team of Product or Technical Program Managers (preferred).
• Proficiency with AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce (preferred).
