Staff Product Manager, App Platform & Experience

What you'll do

• Define and drive the long-term vision for consumer experiences across mobile apps, web surfaces, and future platforms.
• Own foundational experience domains including navigation, information architecture, design systems, and shared UX frameworks.
• Lead large-scale redesigns and structural improvements to the core consumer journey.
• Partner with engineering teams to shape the architecture and developer experience of React Native and web platforms.
• Establish standards and frameworks that enable product teams to build consistent experiences across multiple surfaces.
• Create scalable approaches for common patterns like onboarding, discovery, personalization, and account management.
• Drive alignment across multiple organizations and influence roadmaps without direct authority.
• Use research, experimentation, and analytics to identify opportunities for improving the overall consumer experience.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of product management experience building consumer technology products at scale.
• Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and product areas.
• Experience owning or influencing core mobile/web experiences, navigation systems, information architecture, platform experiences, or design systems.
• Experience partnering with Design and Engineering organizations to deliver polished consumer experiences.
• Experience working within React Native environments to shape product strategy for shared platforms and mobile architecture.
• Strong analytical skills to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
