What we're looking for

Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including VPC architecture, IAM, Kubernetes, service mesh, CI/CD, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with operational data platforms such as data lakes, Athena, or Redshift, including schema design and query patterns.
Experience with or strong understanding of AI/ML developer tooling, including MCP servers, LLM-powered workflows, and agent-based systems.
Awareness of load testing, chaos engineering, DORA metrics, and reliability engineering practices.
Track record of shipping platform products with measurable adoption and business impact across large engineering organizations.
Ability to define and operationalize company-wide measurement frameworks for complex strategic metrics tied to executive goals.
Proven ability to influence engineers, architects, and VPs across organizations to align on a shared platform vision.
