Staff Product Manager, AI-Native Developer Platform

What you'll do

• Define platform-wide product strategies and multi-year roadmaps based on developer research and operational telemetry.
• Own the 3x Developer Velocity measurement framework by instrumenting metrics across the full product delivery lifecycle.
• Ship AI-native platform experiences including MCP servers, natural language interfaces, and agentic workflows.
• Define platform abstractions and product boundaries to prevent fragmentation across scaling platform domains.
• Convert high-ambiguity charters into clear, executable strategies and product roadmaps.
• Prototype solutions and contribute to innersource repositories to personally address developer friction.
• Partner across multiple internal teams to align requirements and unblock complex multi-team dependencies.
• Serve as a product evangelist by communicating strategy at executive forums and in the cloud-native community.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of PM experience in platform products at scale with hands-on ownership of distributed systems environments.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including VPC, IAM, Kubernetes, service mesh, CI/CD, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with operational data platforms such as data lakes, Athena, or Redshift, including schema design and query patterns.
• Experience with or strong understanding of AI/ML developer tooling, including MCP servers, LLM-powered workflows, and agent-based systems.
• Awareness of load testing, chaos engineering, DORA metrics, and reliability engineering practices.
• Track record of shipping platform products with measurable adoption and business impact across large engineering organizations.
• Ability to define and operationalize company-wide measurement frameworks for complex strategic metrics tied to executive goals.
• Proven ability to influence across organizations without authority to align engineers, architects, and VPs around a shared platform vision.
