Technical fluency in CI/CD, build systems, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
Familiarity with DORA metrics and experience using engineering data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive product decisions.
Proven track record of driving adoption of platform tooling and engineering best practices across a large organization.
Proven ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes without direct authority.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for product and business leaderships.
Experience at a media company, publisher, or complex multi-platform digital organization (preferred).
