What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience owning strategic priority products with high complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience managing internal developer tools, developer platforms, or infrastructure products for engineering stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency in CI/CD, build systems, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
  • Familiarity with DORA metrics and using engineering data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for product and business leadership.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to produce high-quality product artifacts.
  • Preferred experience in media, publishing, or multi-platform digital organizations with a background in engineering operations.
