Staff Customer Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage customer quality and reliability engineering work for Tier-1 customers.
• Lead weekly and monthly conference calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
• Track and report customer quality metrics and scorecards to internal business units.
• Drive root cause and preventive actions using 8D/CAR methodology across internal organizations.
• Craft customer presentations defining root causes, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and join customer audits as required.
• Cooperate on the development of next-generation customer support tools.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 9+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or quality/reliability work.
• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Physical Sciences (preferred).
• Prior Foundry Customer Quality and Reliability Engineer experience (preferred).
• Ability to lead customer meetings, track quality metrics, and manage customer reports.
• Proficiency in driving root cause and preventive actions using 8D/CAR methodology.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal organizations to implement continuous improvement actions.
• Authorization to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
