The SRAM Circuit Design Engineer joins the Digital Custom Group to design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM design. Working within the silicon design team, you will collaborate with logic and architecture teams to formulate specifications and define topologies optimized for power, timing, area, and yield. Daily responsibilities include schematic capture, simulations, margin verifications, and functional equivalency and DFT modeling. You will also write RTL, validate use-cases, perform backend verification for IR and EM, and work with layout teams to create optimal GDS. The role requires applying engineering fundamentals to solve complex hardware problems for CPU, GPU, SoC, Neural Engine, and Camera designs. You will utilize techniques involving Machine Learning and circuit design to support post-silicon efforts and enable productization for marquee silicon products.

Ability to define architecture and topologies optimizing for power, timing, area, and yield.
Proficiency in schematic capture, simulations, analysis, and margin verifications.
Experience with functional equivalency and DFT modeling.
Ability to collaborate with layout teams to create and verify optimal GDS.
Experience with backend verification, including IR/EM.
Ability to write RTL, validate use-cases, and verify against design schematics.
