Senior Workflow Solution Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate complex business needs into actionable technology requirements.
• Refine and prioritize backlogs and write user stories with Product Owners.
• Design innovative workflow solutions using platforms like Appian.
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Lead user acceptance testing by identifying scenarios and overseeing execution.
• Provide post-implementation production support and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Assist in change management activities including stakeholder engagement and adoption planning.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate meetings and communicate technical concepts to business users.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Experience with workflow platforms such as Appian or Pega.
• Familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms.
• Experience with enterprise-level digital transformation, insurance/financial services, or Executive Benefits (preferred).
