Senior Execution Services Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage onboarding connectivity, FIX certification, and routing integration processes for clients and liquidity venues.
• Direct testing protocols and oversee the promotion of updates and workflows to production environments.
• Resolve high-level issues related to connectivity and trading system functionality.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendor platforms and internal trading, product, and technology teams.
• Maintain technical specifications and connectivity databases.
• Direct complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding initiatives while adhering to strict timelines and approval processes.
• Improve and streamline processes using firm-approved AI tools and data analysis tools.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles managing trading system connectivity, client integrations, or FIX certification processes.
• Strong background in leading financial technology/FIX implementations and managing vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of FIX protocol, execution methods, and trading workflows from order initiation through settlement.
• In-depth understanding of market microstructure, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• AI fluency and strong data analysis skills to organize, manipulate, and interpret data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees (preferred).
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 (preferred).
• Certifications related to trading systems and technologies, such as FIX protocol (preferred).
