As a Senior Wireless Test Architect at Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in the Hardware Development division, you will work with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to develop and integrate advanced test systems for Digital Phased Array antennas. Your responsibilities include designing DVT and QTP campaigns tailored to device goals and resources, creating OTA tests using existing infrastructure, and driving the strategy for new wireless test setups. You will leverage 3GPP standards while improving test coverage, accuracy, and repeatability in a fast-paced environment with state-of-the-art equipment like near-field spherical scanners and robotic manipulators. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Communications Engineering, extensive knowledge of RF components and signal theory, and 4+ years of industrial experience in test automation for 5G NR and WiFi products. Strong hands-on experience with radio frequency measurement devices such as VSA and VSG is preferred.

What you'll do

Design DVT and QTP campaigns tailored to device goals and available resources.
Develop OTA tests using existing test infrastructure for new wireless features.
Drive strategy for custom instrumentation and infrastructure for DVT, QTP, ATP tests.
Implement automated testing solutions for 5G NR FR1/FR2, WiFi 6/7 products.
Utilize RF measurement devices like VSA, VSG for wireless connectivity testing.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or 8+ years of analog/RF design experience.
Strong understanding of RF/Microwave components and frontend design.
Experience driving test strategy for 5G NR, WiFi 6/7 products (4+ years).
Expertise in antenna fundamentals, radiation theory, and EM simulation.
Extensive experience in test automation (5+ years).
Knowledge of mixed signal components, digital modulations, and signal theory.
