What you'll do

  • Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to drive test automation and yield improvement.
  • Coordinate verification campaigns to ensure hardware performs reliably over the mission lifetime.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams across photonics, software, RF systems, and mission operations.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum for export control compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, optical engineering, physics, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness or managing complex manufacturing and packaging systems.
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience with optical inter-satellite link (OISL) systems, free-space optical communication, or laser communication terminals.
  • Experience transitioning optical/photonic hardware from development through qualification to high-rate production and test automation.
