Senior Technical Program Manager, Avionics Test Systems Dev

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end technical program strategy for avionics test systems from requirements to production deployment.
• Define verification and validation strategies to ensure sub-system performance and flight readiness at scale.
• Coordinate test system development across internal engineering teams and external vendors to meet production milestones.
• Lead trade studies to balance test coverage, throughput, cost, and maintainability for hardware components.
• Manage the integration of test systems with flight hardware while aligning with product development timelines.
• Transition test systems from engineering environments into high-rate production stations for large-scale manufacturing.
• Drive test automation, reliability improvements, and capacity planning to meet factory throughput targets.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver hardware and software products.
• Experience developing automated test systems for complex electronic assemblies including architecture definition and automation frameworks.
• Experience managing external vendors in the development and delivery of custom test equipment.
• Technical depth in avionics sub-systems and familiarity with verification approaches like HIL, functional testing, and environmental qualification.
• Proven track record of managing complex hardware programs at scale while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
