Senior Technical Program Manager, Avionics Test Systems Dev

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end technical program strategy for test systems that validate avionics LRUs.
• Define verification and validation strategies to demonstrate sub-system performance and flight readiness at scale.
• Coordinate test system development across internal engineering teams and external vendors to meet production milestones.
• Drive trade studies to balance test coverage, throughput, cost, and maintainability.
• Define test system requirements that align with LRU design evolution and flight hardware interfaces.
• Transition test systems from engineering environments into production-rate capable stations.
• Drive test automation, reliability improvements, and capacity planning to meet factory throughput targets.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in delivery of products involving hardware and software.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and deploying automated test systems for complex electronic assemblies (preferred).
• Experience managing external vendors in the development and delivery of custom test equipment (preferred).
• Technical depth in avionics sub-systems and familiarity with verification approaches like HIL and environmental qualification (preferred).
