Senior Technology Architect

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise payment, gateway, and digital transaction platforms.
• Develop scalable solution architectures for cloud modernization, API-first strategies, and distributed systems.
• Define architecture standards, technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and engineering best practices.
• Translate business, product, security, and engineering requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for complex integrations across internal platforms, third-party vendors, and payment networks.
• Drive application resiliency, high availability, performance optimization, and operational excellence for critical systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, automation, security, and customer experience.
• Mentor engineers and architects while influencing strategic technology decisions across multiple portfolios.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with the concepts, philosophies, and tools behind designing applications and information technologies.
• At least 10 years of experience developing and implementing applications.
• Experience in enterprise architecture for large-scale, mission-critical technology platforms.
• Expertise in payments, merchant services, payment gateways, or high-volume transaction processing systems.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container-based platforms.
• Proficiency in designing API, microservices, event-driven architectures, and security architecture.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and solution consulting skills.
