What you'll do

Design and implement software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, and data usage.
Provide high-level technical consultation to business units and IT management across all development phases.
Research and evaluate alternative technologies to recommend cost-effective application programming approaches.
Lead and mentor a technical cloud team while ensuring accountability for performance and project delivery.
Execute CI/CD-based solutions including automation development and ongoing support for cloud initiatives.
Manage day-to-day AWS cloud operations across both development and production environments.
Monitor cloud utilization, cost, and performance to provide efficiency reports to senior leadership.
Ensure all technical solutions comply with corporate standards, GxP regulations, and data security protocols.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 years’ experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years.
Strong experience designing, developing, and implementing software or cloud-based solutions.
Experience supporting AWS cloud operations across development and production environments.
Strong understanding of AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and platform delivery practices.
Strong understanding of orchestration and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, plus scripting in Bash, Python, and YAML.
Experience supporting scientific, R&D, Data Science, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical computing environments (preferred).
