What you'll do

Define and manage complex licensing schedules and dependencies to ensure on-time service delivery for satellite services.
Manage the end-to-end execution of license acquisition and fulfillment of authorization obligations across multiple countries.
Extract regulatory compliance requirements from licenses, including technical operational limits and RF exposure constraints.
Identify and escalate critical regulatory and technical risks to prevent global operational shutdowns.
Build and automate reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and tools to provide transparent program status to stakeholders.
Manage customer-facing communications and coordinate with senior leadership across various internal business units.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies to accelerate business delivery in a high-ambiguity environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
7+ years of technical program management experience.
6+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
Telecommunications regulatory experience.
Knowledge of satellite communication systems.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Export Control teams to ensure alignment with all stakeholders on a country and regional basis.
