Defines and manages complex licensing schedules and dependencies at scale.

What we're looking for

6+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
7+ years of experience managing executive customer relationships and key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Telecommunications regulatory experience, including licensing telecommunications systems globally.
Experience using and customizing project management tools for complex programs.
Knowledge of satellite communication systems and non-geostationary satellites.
